If you are looking for an apartment for rent Asoke, decide first which side of the district you want to live on, because the rent and the daily walk change with it. We let 13 furnished homes in Asoke by the month, from ฿72,500 to ฿378,000. Nine are listed about a kilometre from both BTS Asok and MRT Queen Sirikit, out toward Benchakitti Park. The other four sit 450 to 800 metres from BTS Asok and 600 metres from MRT Sukhumvit, by the interchange itself.
Every one of them is let for a minimum of one calendar month, and there are no platform or booking fees on top of the rent shown. You can see all thirteen together on the Asoke page. This guide splits them by side, so you can rule half of them out before you start comparing kitchens.
Asoke is where the BTS Sukhumvit Line crosses the MRT Blue Line. BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit are joined at the junction, which is why so many people who work across the city want to live here. Timetables and fares are on the BTS website and the MRT Blue Line website.
One stop south on the Blue Line is Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, next to Benchakitti Park. Our Asoke homes fall into two groups along that stretch, and the groups behave differently.
Most of what we let in Asoke is on this side. Several of the listings name Benchakitti Park or a lake view in their titles, and the walk to either station is about the same, roughly a kilometre each way. You give up a short walk to the train and get more floor space for the money, plus a park with a lake on the doorstep.

Start at the bottom of the price range. The 43 m² studio at ฿72,500 is the cheapest way into Asoke with us, and the 50 m² lake-view studio costs ฿8,500 a month more. Both studios carry "office" in their listing names, which matters if you work from the flat.
The two-bedrooms are where this side is strongest. Four of them run from 84 to 104 m², all with two bathrooms, between ฿120,700 and ฿151,200. The two 96 m² flats show what the lake view is worth here: ฿10,600 a month. For a larger household, the 120 m² three-bedroom sleeps seven.
The park itself is the reason to accept the longer walk. Benchakitti Park is a large public park built around a lake beside the convention centre, and on this side of Asoke it is closer than either station.
If you will ride the train every working day, this is the side to look at. All four homes here are serviced, three of them are 450 metres from BTS Asok, and all four are 600 metres from MRT Sukhumvit. Three of the listings mention 200 Mbps internet in their titles.

| 1 BR, serviced, 2 guests | ฿88,200 | Cheapest on this side | BTS Asok 800 m, MRT Sukhumvit 600 m |
| 1 BR, serviced, city view, 2 guests | ฿126,000 | 200 Mbps internet | BTS Asok 450 m, MRT Sukhumvit 600 m |
| 1 BR, 76 m², serviced, 2 guests | ฿138,600 | 200 Mbps internet | BTS Asok 450 m, MRT Sukhumvit 600 m |
| 2 BR, 89 m², serviced, Sukhumvit 10, 4 guests | ฿201,600 | Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 200 Mbps | BTS Asok 450 m, MRT Sukhumvit 600 m |
The cheapest of the four, at ฿88,200, is the furthest from the BTS at 800 metres, though it is as close to the MRT as the others. For a 450-metre walk to the BTS, the city-view one-bedroom at ฿126,000 is the entry point. Only one home on this side has two bedrooms, and at ฿201,600 it costs more than the seven-guest three-bedroom on the park side.
Dividing each month's rent by the floor area shows the trade plainly. These are the homes with a floor area listed, rounded to the nearest baht.
On the park side, a two-bedroom costs less per square metre than a studio. By the interchange, every square metre costs more, and the service is part of the price.
The station-side homes are all serviced, which accounts for part of the gap, so do not read it as the walk alone. Still, the pattern holds: if you need space, the park side gives you more of it for each baht.
Two stops up the Blue Line from MRT Sukhumvit is Rama 9, where we let five homes from ฿75,600. Our guide to apartments near MRT Rama 9, two stops from Asoke covers them. For a wider view of the city before you settle on a district, read where to live in Bangkok.
If Asoke is the one, pick your side first, then open the homes on that side and check the station distance on each listing against your own route to work. Every rent above is for a full calendar month, with no fees added at booking.
