Upon arrival we require a small damage deposit, that will depend on the length of your stay.
electricity and water are included in the rate ( 3,000THB worth of electricity is included, as for water you have 500THB worth of water)
if the limits were surpassed the surcharge will count 8THB/unit for electricity and 35THB/unit for water

A fitness center that splitted into 3 parts( First part dedicated for heavy weight lifting, 2nd part dedicated to cardio and gymnastics, 3rd part dedicated to yoga)
Cancelation Policy
- More than 30 days before move-in: Full refund (minus fees)
- 15-30 days before move-in: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before move-in: No refund
- Modify dates once without penalty (≥30 days notice)
