You’ll enjoy hotel-like services, including:

Housekeeping: Three times a week, with fresh linens twice a week.
Utilities: Water and electricity are covered. You get a 6,000 THB electricity allowance and 900 THB water allowance. If you go over, it’s 8 THB/unit for electricity and 35 THB/unit for water.

Damage Deposit:

We ask for a refundable deposit when you check in, starting at 10,000 THB for a one-month stay. The amount depends on how long you’re staying and is returned at checkout.
